Non-Emergency Requests:

For your convenience, you may submit maintenance requests to Berkshire Terrace Apartments by email. You may also phone in a request to 805.968.2429. Or, you may drop a maintenance request slip into the drop box to the right of the office door.

Email [email protected] or phone, and office drop box will only be answered during regular business hours.

Emergency Requests:

In an emergency, find a Berkshire Terrace staff member.
