Our Story:

In 1976 a local Santa Barbara family purchased the three building complex now known as the Berkshire Terrace Apartments with the goal of creating a quiet little haven in IV. Their plan was to provide good facilities, good service, and good value. Today, this family remains dedicated to their original plan filling this niche in UCSB student housing among Isla Vista rentals and leasing.

Berkshire Terrace offers quiet, clean, well-maintained apartments where you can study and relax with your friends in a pleasant environment. The location at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac near the corner of El Colegio and Camino del Sur contributes to the peaceful atmosphere.
