Floor Plans and Prices

We have included floor plans for our Isla Vista rentals to give you a better idea of their size. It is also a good idea to see the apartment you are interested in. You may make an appointment for a viewing with the Property Manager.  Most apartments in IV may seem very similar on first glance: kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bath. What makes Berkshire Terrace stand out from other IV housing is that we are exceptionally quiet, clean, well maintained, and provide excellent service. Our goal is to prevent or quickly resolve any problem before it disrupts your life or distracts you from your studies. That provides added value to our already competitive rates.
